Because of contractual agreements we have with our event partners,

refunds for the Dining & Entertainment Package will be granted after January 31, 2023

only if we are able to fill the cancelled reservation.  Otherwise, cancellations

within thirty days of our event will not be refunded.

However, we have travel protection coverage available at a very nominal

cost, should you have to cancel your package after January 31, 2023.
