The Orlando Prophecy Summit features some of the best known Bible Prophecy teachers, authors

and experts who will help us decipher what's happening around the world through a Biblical lens.  

This will be a wonderful time of learning, inspiration, encouragement and fellowship with like-minded believers.  We’d like to cover a few things that you’ll need to know before the conference begins.

 

Conference Check-In:  Check-in for the conference takes place on Thursday, February 29 from

2:00 - 6:00 pm at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center.  When you walk in the front doors of the hotel, you will see a glass enclosed foyer to the right of the hotel check-in desk.  You will receive a conference lanyard and your name badge which you will need to wear at all times to gain entrance into the conference hall.  Technically, your name badge is your ‘ticket’.

If you decide to skip Thursday night’s events, you may pick up your lanyard, name badge etc.

on Friday morning.

NOTE: We do not anticipate any at this time, but there is always the possibility of necessary last-minute changes to the current schedule. This could be due to flight delays and other things beyond our control. Please be patient and understanding, knowing we will do everything we can to make this an enjoyable and uplifting experience for everyone. 

 

Parking for the Conference:  There is a lot of conference parking available at the hotel.  If you’re staying at the Florida Hotel during the conference, check-in first and receive your hotel room key.  This key will give you access to secure hotel parking.  If you’re not a hotel guest during the conference, you will park in the large parking lot to the left, as you’re facing the hotel.

 

Hotel Address:  The physical address of the Florida Hotel & Conference Center is 1500 Sand Lake Rd./ Orlando, FL.

 

Dining Options:  There are quite a few dining options inside the Florida Hotel.  There is sit down dining in the hotel restaurant, plus a Starbuck’s and a Chick-Fil-A in the hotel lobby.  The Florida Hotel adjoins the Florida Mall.  When you exit the rear of the hotel it puts you inside the Florida Mall.  The Florida Mall features a variety of dining options in the Food Court.

 

Attire:  There’s no hard and fast rule regarding dress.  Some of our attendees will dress in business casual.  But most will dress in ‘Florida casual’.  You’ll be sitting a lot.  We want you to be comfortable.  However, we would appreciate no shorts.

 

Resources:  All the speakers will have a variety of books, DVDs and other media pertaining to Bible Prophecy.  You will have plenty of time to see what’s available, meet the speakers and purchase the very latest resources in Bible Prophecy.
