The Orlando Prophecy Summit features some of the best known Bible Prophecy teachers, authors and experts who will help us decipher what's happening around the world through  a Biblical lens.  This will be a wonderful time of learning, inspiration, encouragement and fellowship with like-minded believers.  We’d like to cover a few things that you’ll need to know before the conference begins.

 

Conference Check-In:  Check-in for the conference takes place on Thursday, April 8th, from                   2:00 - 6:00 pm at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center.  After entering the hotel, just follow the signage to the check-in area.  You will receive a conference lanyard and your name badge which you will need to wear at all times to gain entrance into the conference hall.  Technically, your name badge is your ‘ticket’.

If you decide to skip Thursday night’s events, you may pick up your lanyard, name badge etc.

on Friday morning.

NOTE: We do not anticipate any at this time, but there is always the possibility of necessary last-minute changes to the current schedule. This could be due to flight delays and other things beyond our control.

Please be patient and understanding, knowing we will do everything we can to make this an enjoyable and uplifting experience for everyone. 

 

Parking for the Conference:  There is a lot of conference parking available at the hotel.  You'll see a gate that only hotel guests can access.  However, there is a lot of open parking for conference guests that is easy to find.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS:  The Conference Policy for pets and services animals is NO PETS IN THE LECTURE ROOMS, EXCEPT SERVICE ANIMALS AS DEFINED BY THE ADA.  Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy pets are NOT service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.  The hotel is pet-friendly, however, and pets are welcome in the rest of the hotel FOR HOTEL GUESTS ONLY.  The details on their website is as follows: 'Florida Hotel Pet Friendly Details - One Pet - Up to 50 pounds - $75 fee per stay'.

 

Dining Options:  There are a variety of dining options inside the hotel and inside the mall that adjoins the hotel.

 

Attire:  There’s no hard and fast rule regarding dress.  Some of our attendees will dress in business casual. But most will dress in ‘Florida casual’.  You’ll be sitting a lot.  We want you to be comfortable.

However, we would appreciate no shorts.  The weather should be beautiful. ​​​​​​​

Resources:  All the speakers will have a variety of books, DVDs and other media pertaining to Bible Prophecy.  You will have plenty of time to see what’s available, meet the speakers and purchase the very latest resources in Bible Prophecy.
